CONVENTIONAL PRIMERS
CIFOMER : BMP : RED OXIDE PRIMER
A conventional primer based on Alkyd Resin, our Red Oxide Primer is fortified with specialised resins. This is generally applied in mild corrosive, marine and industrial environment.

CIFOMER : BMP : ZINC CHROME / ZINC PHOSPHATE
These primers are single pack and have a better corrosion resistance than Red Oxide Primers. BMP: ZC / ZP primers are an economical option for customers who don’t want to spend too much on Epoxy Primers and at the same time want something better than the basic primers.

CIFOMER : CR : CHLORINATED RUBBER PIMERS
This is a Chlorinated Rubber based primer that provides good water resistance and has better anti-corrosive properties as compared to BMP. It is applied to structural steels including submerged and non-submerged structures in marine environment.

HIGH PERFORMANCE PRIMERS
CIFOMER : EP : EPOXY PRIMER
This is a two packed, cold cured, Epoxy/Amine based anti-corrosive primer. It is compatible with all Epoxy & PU Top coats. It provides tough resistance to chemical, marine and industrial corrosive environment.
These products are designed for use on concrete and metal surfaces. Our Epoxies are suitable for both underwater or above water areas. Generally available in inert shades such as grey, dark red or buff.
Cifomer: EP is also formulated with Zinc Phosphate (Cifomer:EP ZP) or Zinc Chrome (EP ZC).

CIFOMER : EP ZR87 : EPOXY ZINC RICH PRIMER
This is a high-build Epoxy Primer which contains 87% Zinc Dust in dry film. This acts as a barrier and imparts cathode like protection to the metal. Ideal for coating of Crest Gates, Sluice Gates, Spillway shutters in Hydro/Irrigation projects & Structural steels exposed to corrosive environments.
